Werner Harmonic Labs LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what data this website collects, what we do with it, and how to contact us with questions or removal requests. Last updated: 2026-05-16.

This policy covers wernerharmoniclabs.com and any subdomain operated by Werner Harmonic Labs LLC. It does not cover our products (CB-12, SDM, etc.) — each product has its own data handling documented in its respective integration guide. Floor OS at flooros.wernerharmoniclabs.com has a separate privacy policy on that site.

2. What we collect

  • Contact form submissions: when you submit an inquiry, we receive your email address and the message you sent. We use this to respond to you. We do not sell, share, or rent this information.
  • Basic web analytics: we use Firebase / Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and whether the site is working properly. We use this for aggregate site measurement, not advertising.
  • Cookies and local storage: analytics and authenticated owner features may use browser storage or cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

3. What we do not collect

  • We do not collect personal information beyond what you voluntarily submit.
  • We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
  • We do not share visitor data with social media networks.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.

4. How long we keep it

Contact-form messages: retained up to 24 months for follow-up purposes. Analytics: aggregate data only, retained indefinitely. You may request deletion of any data tied to your email at any time (see contact below).

5. Your rights

If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you have the right under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of any personal data we hold. Send your request to contact@wernerharmoniclabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Hosting and infrastructure

This site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google Cloud) and uses Firebase / Google Analytics for aggregate site measurement. Google's privacy policy applies to their infrastructure and analytics services. We do not use analytics data for advertising targeting.
