What we collect, and what we do not.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers wernerharmoniclabs.com and any subdomain operated by Werner Harmonic Labs LLC. It does not cover individual deployed products, each of which has its own data handling documented in its respective integration guide. Floor OS has a separate privacy policy on its own site.

2. What we collect

• Contact form: the form on the Engage page opens your own email application with the details you entered. The site does not send the message and does not store anything you type into the form. Nothing reaches us until you send the email yourself. What we hold after that is the email you sent, in our mailbox.
• Website analytics: some pages of this site load Google Analytics through Firebase, and section 6 describes which parts of the site those are. The analytics library is served from Google's own servers, so Google receives your IP address and your browser details as soon as such a page loads, before any measurement happens. Google also receives the pages you view and general device information, and processes all of it under its own terms, set out in Google's privacy policy. We see the reports Google produces from it. Analytics does not tell us your name or your email address, and we do not use it for advertising. Separately from analytics, Google receives your IP address and browser information on every page of this site, because of the web font described in section 6.
• Cookies and browser storage: Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser on the pages that load it, so that repeat page views can be counted as one visit. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
• When analytics starts: it starts as the page loads. This site shows no cookie banner and asks for no consent first, and it does not check for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. If you block analytics through your browser settings or an extension, the rest of the site still works.

3. What we do not collect

• We do not collect personal information beyond what you voluntarily send us.
• We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
• We do not load social media pixels, trackers, or embeds, and we do not share visitor data with social media networks.
• We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers named in section 6, and only so that the site can run.

4. How long we keep it

Email you send us is kept in our mailbox as ordinary correspondence, for as long as the inquiry or the working relationship is current, and we delete it on request. The site itself stores nothing from the contact form, so there is nothing held there to delete. Analytics event data is retained by Google for the period set on our analytics property and is deleted at the end of that period. Reports and totals derived from those events can remain after the underlying events are gone. You may request deletion of any data tied to your email address at any time (see contact below).

5. Your rights

If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you have the right under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of any personal data we hold. Send your request to contact@wernerharmoniclabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Hosting and infrastructure

This site loads three third-party services, and all three are Google.

Firebase Hosting is part of Google Cloud and serves every page, so Google receives the request for each page you open.

Google Fonts supplies the Inter typeface. Our stylesheet loads it on every page of this site, from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, so Google receives your IP address and your browser information whenever a page requests the font. This applies to every page, including pages that carry no analytics.

Google Analytics, loaded through Firebase, does not run on every page. It runs on most of our main pages and on the legal pages, and it is not loaded on the Engage page, which carries our contact form. Where it does run, the analytics library itself is served from Google's static host, which is a further request Google receives. A page that does not load it sends nothing to Google Analytics, although Firebase Hosting still serves that page and the font is still requested from Google.

Google handles what each of these three services receives under its own privacy policy. We do not use analytics data for advertising targeting.
